What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm

Can I come to see you in person?

Yes. Our shop is open as normal. Alternatively you can book an appointment by calling us so that you do not have to wait.

Are you ATOL Protected?

We do not have our own ATOL but we only sell ATOL protected flights and holiday from trusted suppliers

My names are spelt wrong, what can I do?

Please let us know as soon as you notice an error or typo and we will do our best to help. Charges may apply if your booking has already been confirmed.

Can I change by booking?

It depends on what airline you have booked. Please contact us to find out more.
